Concerns
If you are an HMO patient, call the member services line on the back of your insurance card to file an official concern/grievance. The insurance company will work with Alliance Desert Physicians to resolve your issue. If you are not an HMO patient (PPO, no insurance) and have a concern, you can call the operator to be transferred to the site where your concern originated.
If you have a hearing or speech impairment, please call 711 for TDD/TYY services.
