Easy Yoga

Join us every Wednesday and Friday for a workout that is a gentle and safe workout that is perfect for beginners or those that have not been exercising regularly. These exercises are done either standing or sitting in a chair. (No lying on the floor). Learn movements to strengthen muscles and increase mobility. August 2,4,9,11,16,18,23,25 & 30th at 11:00.

 

Coffee Club

Join us on the following Thursday’s for freshly brewed coffee, pastries and conversation in a relaxing atmosphere.  August 10,17,24& 31 from 9:00-11:00.

 

Movies

Join us on the following Friday’s for a movie and refreshments. August 11th & 25th at 1:00.
