Is your cholesterol too high? In this class, you will receive dietary information that will help you learn to lower those important numbers.

In this two (2) part class you will learn to control your diabetes through; meal planning & strategies for eating out. Exercise, medications, follow-up care with your physician, Watching for signs of hyperglycemia & hypoglycemia also proper diabetic foot care.
