Easy Yoga

Every Wednesday and Friday @ 11:00 a.m. 

Join us every Wednesday and Friday for a workout that is a gentle and safe workout for beginners or those that have not been exercising regularly. These exercises are done either standing or sitting in a chair (no lying on the floor). Learn movements to strengthen muscles and increase mobility.

*There will be no classes on the first Friday of the month.


Anxious Much? Stop Worrying and Start Living

Diabetic Education

In this class, you will learn to control your diabetes through; meal planning & strategies for eating out. Exercise, medications, follow-up care with your physician, Watching for signs of hyperglycemia & hypoglycemia also proper diabetic foot care.
